WTF BANDAI WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH THESE FIGURES!!!
I PAY MUCH MONEY AND EXPECT GOOD QUALITY WHEN I BUY SUCH FIGURES!!

Btw I showed them to my grandmother and she thinks they are beautiful ^-^ ... well I didn't told her how much I paid for them ^^'

EDIT5:Just opened the stand wich was very well packed.. HAS A LOT OF SCRATCHES http://i.imgur.com/NWDWiEb.jpg

i really want to contact Bandai/ thamashii and show them my picturs (so they send me a new one or parts)!! The quality is really bad! THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE

Don't have an answer yet -_-
Should I contact the shop again and say them they should solve it? I paid for new figures but I actually haven't received them in a good condition...is there a chance I get some money back?

anyone has ideas what i can do?
EDIT3: i mailed Bandai ( the US site because the german one is down) and will update this blog if i hear something from them
EDIT4: they said I should ask Bandai S.A what I did, also Bandai UK, the shop where I bought them, tamashiinations+tamashiiUK on Twitter and heo but without any responses >.<
Edit5: ok I got answers from tamashiispain and heo that it's usually the shop who should solve the problem. But the shop said I should ask bluefin by myself( even what they don't ship outside north America) ...
Don't have a answer yet
EDIT:20.12.16 I FINALLY got an answer from bluefin
"Hello,
We will not be able to assist with your request. Tamashii will not allow us to ship replacements outside of the country as this infringes on the distribution rights of the European Distributors.

Thank you,
Bluefin Customer Service"

What the actual @£&#!!! Im so angry right now!!!
I've also mailed them the address from the shop wich is in the US!
I'LL NEVER BUY SOMETHING FROM BANDAI/TAMASHII NATIONS AGAIN!!!!

3.3.2017
I can´t tell how many mails I or my friend have send...
FINAL RESULT: they said these aren't defects (they work aren´t broken) that's why they won´t send replacement parts!

After more emails mhtoyshop gave me a email address from a rep from bluefin and after I contacted them again (rep haven't answered after 1 week ) I got a reply from them.
Blablabla figures too old blabla
So I contacted the shop blabla factories fault.
I contacted tamashii on Twitter they keep saying I have to contact tge shop and they don't even gave me a email address from tamashii as I asked. >:(
Such bad services from them!
They are like we got the money now it's your problem.

(Only thing I got was a 500 points coupon from mhtoyshop)

as i said. I.won´t.buy.anything.from.them.again!

GloriousNippon (9 meses atrás) #16560989Figuarts are action figures.
Mistakes are bound to happen with a mass manufactured product. Not only that, but most of the "defects" are marks where the plastic pieces were clip from the molds.
They're not $600 statues; they're not super high end collectibles.
I've had $600 statues with worse mistakes than on this ~$50 action figure, and I kept them anyways without making a big stink about it.
Anime figure collectors are a very entitled bunch...

You don't make a fuss even for a $600 statue/figure? Wow. Not bad. I would do.

Squidchan (9 meses atrás) #16721875I know this is a week old and I usually don't like to argue but what's the problem? Why can't someone be mad about a figure just because you've spent more money than them? I don't care if it's not $600, people are indeed allowed to voice complaints if they're disappointed. $50 IS a lot for a toy and especially one that looks beat up. I'd be frustrated too, it's not like it's a prize figure or an actual children's action figure.
Wanting something you paid for to look like it's supposed to look isn't entitled, it's how this hobby works.

Thank you!
I love how "sh figuarts QUALITY" is written on the boxes -_-
Btw I got a response from tamashii on twitter and they said
The store is the responsible, not the distributor. You’re the customer and they should contact BF
So I mailed the shop but they said I have to contact them.
Anyway I hope bluefin replies soon

I would love to know the profit being made by Japanese manufacturers on each figure. If it is high, they should be doing more to maintain high quality standards. It shouldn't matter what the object is. If it retails as new it should be reasonably free of defects. Otherwise, it should sell as a second.

If you aren't commissioning an artist to custom sculpt and paint something for you, don't expect perfection.
It's just not going to happen. You're not paying one of a kind, high end amounts of money, so don't expect to get something of that caliber.

And yes, I have kept ~$600+ statues with worse mistakes.
I own many Sideshow Collectibles pieces that had issues at arrival.
Anyone that has bought from them knows that the quality of their pieces can be incredibly iffy.
You know what I did about the issues instead of complaining?
I learned how to fix the issues I had with them myself through trial and error paint mixing and the use of epoxies.
For $600 statues, I would recommend for people to send them back for an exchange. However, it can be a good opportunity to learn how to do things for yourself instead of relying on and expecting third world workers paid pennies a day to turn out perfection.

And again, this is A ~$50 ACTION FIGURE, A TOY.

sorry...but i couldn't stop laughing..

I'm so sorry, this is very bad but since its not a 500-600 dollar action figure you get what you pay for, even then, there are always going to be mistakes... plus this IS from bandai...

I contacted the website i purchased her from. They contacted Goodsmile company and the missing exact pieces (elbow joint. Lower arm. Wrist joint and the right balled up hand)

So i hope you can get replacing parts and else patch it.

I do like someones idea of battle scars ;)
