In fact, the only time I didn't get an item I ordered was when they notified me they made a mistake and were out of stock...they refunded my money immediately. Other than that, I've ordered a half dozen times or so and gotten every one about the time they promised...

3 meses atrás (Atualizado 3 meses atrás) - LullesBig in Japan has some of the best prices around (many times even cheaper than Amiami) and they declare lower values for items, which is great for non-US customers. They pack their products well enough, and you're given to option to pay on checkout or later, once the figure is released. You got a number of shipping options at a good price (when compared to other sites).
They have a notification system that lets you know when an out of stock figure is back in stock (that's how I snagged (link) there!). All in all, I highly recommend Big in Japan.

3 meses atrás - Panda_ChanI like buying in Big in Japan, they undervalue the price on the package to avoid customs, when I pre-ordering something I know from the start the shipping cost which is really nice and I can pay at any time before realase date, which is helpful. Their customer service is nice too.

8 meses atrás (Atualizado 8 meses atrás) - DemitriaSo, I had problems with BIJ (I can't explain it in only 600 characters, If you want to learn more, pm me) because when the site was down, I couldn't delete my order, and they told me I had to pay anyway but I spent my last money for university. I was really broke, but in 2 weeks I found the money.
I've just found out that they deleted all my orders, without notice. Now the items are sold out everywhere.

I am very happy with the result. I've selected SAL shipping because I was told it is less likely to get held by customs ... and guess what ... it wasn't ^_^
All costs included I payed 8330 yen for this figure ... that's ONLY 68 euros ^_^ brand new !!!
Some people are selling this for over 70 euros (shipping not even included).
It's clear that I will order again from BIJ ... More expensive items have a bigger shipping cost though. As long as you stay below 15000 yen, shipping cost is very small.
I only payed 1290 yen shipping for this ite

1 ano atrás - ReinierI have used BiJ for several years (at least 3 years) because of their low prices they quickly become one of my top 3 go to shops to buy figures from Japan but over the years when ever I have issues with an order and have to deal with their customer service to make a situation right they have let me down time and time agian. If you ever receive a figure with a manufacturer defect they will make you pay return shipping and send them back the defective item instead of just taking a picture of the defect like other shops usually do then say they never received the defective part you mailed back.

Their website is hard to navigate (for me) and the fact that you need to be logged into your account to see an item page is really weird. I have requested some preorders that release in the same month to be shipped together, but they did not adhere to my request and sent them all individually. I would have ordered the items together if they had been put up at the same time, but they were not, hence why I had to make multiple orders.
