Yeah they're really cool in my expirience - When I got my Sayaka once with a smashed up base they asked for pictures of the figure - implying they'd replace her if she was broken too, But all I needed a was a base :) Very professional and nice.

I got my Mami through a proxy. It's sad they won't replace the parts and I think she's too old too. Sometimes they really need to check their products a bit better. But thanks for the info!^_^
MobiusX6 anos atrás#2014017Unfortunately, nothing can be done as the Nendoroid is a reasonably old product. I inquired if I could get a replacement wrist joint for my figma Mami (came missing) but they said the product was too old and had no parts available.
Also, you do need to state where you purchased the item. People who have bought from AmiAmi have been accepted for inquiries, however they can't provide replacements for preowned products even if they were sealed.

Anyways, Congrats on recieving a replacement! Awful nice of GSC.

Thank you! And yes I made the flowers myself. The charlotte in the background was cut out from an online template with some yellow card.

Fullmetalpiggy6 anos atrás#2013881I just happened to read this but what an AMAZING story!! o: GSC seems such a kind company! <3 Now that you talk about paint rubs, schratched.. my Mami Nendo did come with some paint loss on her Tiro Finale gun. ;_; Do you know if I can email GSC about it? (I didn't purchase her from the GSC shop)

acolyte6 anos atrás#2013313Did you send them your picture of your Mami collection? I'm sure they'll feel like they've done a service after seeing that ;)

I did send them a thank-you email back. I'm curious as to which release figure they sent me, so I asked that too. The hair tone and the gradient on the base is slightly different to mine. Pre' cool if I managed to end up owning both the 2012 and the 2013 release Mami :'o

That was nice of them to send you a replacement! And anytime, here at MFC we've always got your back on things like defects even down to those evil, pesky bootlegs that we seek to rid the world of : 3
