Yesterday I made a post asking if mandarake umeda was delayed with orders since I still hadn't received my notice on an order. ( See here: BLOG #13074 )

I got the suggestion to email to the international mandarake email which I did and today I found this answer in my email when I woke up. I'm posting it here in case any else is also experiencing delays or slowness.

Seems like Mandarake is quite overwhelmed with orders, so if you're also waiting to hear from them this is why it could take a while.

(Meanwhile I still haven't heard back from Umeda. I'm starting to think that Eevee will be long gone by the time I get a notice :( )

Except this isn't a review, it's a continuence from my previous blog post. And to help other users in case they are still waiting for a reply from Mandarake, since this issue seems to cover all their stores.

Well on their site it says so for a reason.. That it might be out of stock withoit prior notice

Its a gamble,always but it doesnt seem like a very demanded item thats hugely popular do im sure its there

Once you ordered it it dissapears out of the webpage. Then someone should have bought it out of the hundreds of items that can be found in the store...
That chance is quite LOW

On some items, they have to physically check in store if it is still available or not (and somewhat have the feeling they may hope for another to come in meanwhile?). I've tried Nakano the last time and didn't get a response for 5 days, with the result the item being reported out of stock. I hope you're luckier than I was.

I just checked my email and the order confirmation was there! :) I never expected it to still be in stock after that time, since I missed out on that eevee figure once. It seems to be quite populair.
Just payed, I hope it will be shipped out soon, I've been hunting that figure for a while now.
It seems to be a bit heavy for a prize figure though, shipping was 180Y more than the prize of the figure itself. I'm ok with it though since this is an item I really want.

Also, this was in the comment section of the email:

We are sorry that it becomes late.

They're forgiven since it turned out alright in the end :P

I ordered from grandchaos osaka and it only took 2 days to order and pay and ship it. This was 2 days ago tho.
It was a big ticket item as well so that may have had some influence.
