I'm over 18
With the creeping specter of college approaching, I find less time (and money) for my figure hobby. Still I wanted to post some reviews so these next few are requests. Today we'll be looking at Revoltech QB limited edition Annelotte!

http://s1.tsuki-board.net/upload/pictures/2012/06/06/445632.jpeg

You know by now I never follow this site's basic review guidelines because I'm insane, so let's jump RIGHT in.

Weapon:

http://s1.tsuki-board.net/upload/pictures/2012/06/06/445633.jpeg

Annelotte has great weapons. A beautiful sword and a shiny shield make her a delight to pose slaughtering your other figures (Heh as if a QB girl can fight!). Annelotte actually has the same weapons as Reina only hers are a bit better. While Reina has a great sword her weird spiral shield is well... weird.

Annelotte's shield is cool and fits well as does her sword. Clearly 14 figures was long enough for Kaiyodo to make a bitchin blade.

Weapon: 10

Faces:

Annelotte also shines in the face count. She has a record breaking 5 faces! Though 3 of them are for her M-mode. Annelotte's faces are as follows:

a) Happy Smile

b) Angry Yell

c) Winking Pained (Similar to Reina's)

d) Sad (Similar to Cattleya)

e) Oragasmy (Similar to Nowa)

http://s1.tsuki-board.net/upload/pictures/2012/06/06/445628.jpeg

I'll show the M-mode faces later so don't worry. Something I noticed is that Annelotte's M-mode faces are similar to past QB girls. Anyway I can't argue with FIVE faces. That's more than I could ever ask for! And even if three of them are M-mode centered you can still pose her sad, wincing or of course the third way...

Faces: 10

M-Mode:

http://s1.tsuki-board.net/upload/pictures/2012/06/06/445634.jpeg

Thankfully with Melona's help I can show you Annelotte's M-mode. I also can finally criticize Annelotte for having a difficult M-mode switch. Now to strip Annelotte-

http://s1.tsuki-board.net/upload/pictures/2012/06/06/445631.jpeg

DAMNIT WOODY NOT YET!!!

http://s1.tsuki-board.net/upload/pictures/2012/05/22/435104.jpeg

Ehem. As I was saying to strip Annelotte you first take off her head. Then you pull off her top torso and then you find the first problem. Her lower armor is too tight so you have to struggle to pull it off. After which you easily replace the panties (Were pros at this by now XD), before finding the second problem that each piece of her armow has a broken coutnerpart. These include:

a) Shattered Bra

b) Ripped Skirt

c)Damaged Armor piece

Again the replacement lower armor piece proves very tight. Eventually you force it down and finally put her bra, torso and head back on. Afterwhich she does look pretty good.

http://s1.tsuki-board.net/upload/pictures/2012/06/06/445630.jpeg

Still after dealing with each previous QB girl I really don't like this M-mode switch. You have to fight with tight clothing which makes it quite time consuming. Given the choice I'd rather M-mode switch Nanael or Alice since at least with them I feel more rewarded for my efforts.

M-mode: 7

Playability/Gimmicks:

Annelotte is in many ways a celebration of the past Revoltech QB series. She has most of their faces (At least the ones we like!), She copies the weapons of the first figure (Reina) and she has an over the top M-mode combing numerous damage points. Still she herself lacks any real original traits. I mean don't get me wrong Annelotte is eons better than Reina, but they feel the same. Not to mention Annelotte comes with that book that makes her even more expensive...
...
...
THE BOOK!?!

http://s1.tsuki-board.net/upload/pictures/2012/06/06/445627.jpeg

Epiphany! The book is her gimmick! It makes sense in true celebration of the series Annelotte shows (The majority) of the revoltech QB's getting (For the most part) horribly raeped in her book! Well when I remember the book (And I also cry over not getting Aldra with her book...) I must give more praise to Annelotte. And I must also remember that she is a great figure. Its just in my opinion she just combines the feelings (i.e. faces) of the earlier models. I've never really cared for the winking in pain face, her orgasm face (Again in my opinion) isn't as good as Airi or Nowa's, and frankly my favorite face of hers is the sad face. The blush gives her a sense of emotion that Cattleya simply didn't have. Thus making Annelotte better by one face than Cattleya big whup.

Gimmick: ehhh 8

So I've really over criticized Annelotte. She's a great Revoltech QB and if you really want her, a new deal has surfaced where you can buy her with a new poster (Not the book)for cheaper. Well I guess that's all folks...

What you want something more? I ripped Annelotte to pieces! What more could you... Oh wait I know what you want. You want Woody and random porn don't you? What's that? You actually want world peace?! NOW THAT IS NOBLE! However I can only give the former!

Not porn, but still nice I hope

Pokeking7095 anos atrás#2496646From my memory (which isn't the best) you can see the book and the book is in front of the figure/cardboard = Book>Cardboard>Plastic>Figure. I'm fairly sure you see the book and that the back cover is just a picture of the figure to surround the cardboard. I hope this helps. If you can't see the book it's possibly not included

Excellent advice. I fully agree with your findings :)
Thanks again!

I thought that the book is outside the box, but attached to it? In other words, you can see the book very clearly without opening the package or shrinkwrap?

They probably thought that by book you meant the poster. The box was more like cardboard surrounding the small plastic holder and the book when I got it. I think the figure is more important than the bundle, but you should be able to find the book images scanned online worse case scenario.tanaka5 anos atrás#2495021Thanks for your quick response :)
Yes, the figures for both editions are the same.
Anyway, there is no edition that comes with both book and poster together right?
In other words, it comes with either one (book or poster) but not both together?
I don't mean to be long-winded. I just a poster edition on the web and when I asked whether it comes with the book, I was told that the book is inside the box, which doesn't make sense to me. The sample pictures given also do not reflect any book... except for the poster bundled into the shrinkwrap.

Pokeking7095 anos atrás#2494685As far as I can tell the book/poster come with the same figure, so yes. Also thanks for the compliment

I know this review is already 2 years old but I just came across the new bundling with the 3D poster.
I understand that there are 2 editions of the bundling.
The first edition comes with the visual book (but no poster) while the 2nd edition comes with a 3D poster/sheet (but no book). I don't think there is an edition that comes with both the book and poster.
I guess this is consistent with your review above?

Another fine review and more wonderful Woody hi-jinks!
Yeeah. Even though Annelotte is my one and only QB figure, I too found stripping her to be a complete pain in the ass. Still, she does strip quite nicely for the old Woodster (or anyone else that wants a crack at her) and she's far more flexible than any of my other figures.
