Hi guys! Mozzie here. Instead of a review (because sh*t keeps getting delayed) I have a non-figure related question.

Recently I finally got a purse from Hot Topic that I had been eyeing for ages, this adorable Kiki's Delivery Service purse! I absolutely love this purse, its completely adorable and its perfect for all my items. But I ran into a problem, I guess my jeans have been leaving blue dye on the handles. I have had faux leather bags before and have never had this issue. I was wondering if there's a product that I can use to prevent this from happening?

I do have this item but from my understanding its just for fabric/canvas purposes.

Right now I've been using rubbing alcohol to clean the stains, but I really want to prevent this from happening since I'm afraid of the alcohol messing up the stitching. ; x;

I have read some of the DIY stuff, but I'm very afraid of messing it up and ruining this purse. So if anyone can recommend a product similar to the Scotch Guard I'd appreciate it.

so my friend told me she uses lexol on her car seats and leather purses, and she doesn't see why it wouldn't work on faux leather. she told me though that rubbing alcohol is typically what she uses for faux leather items. i'm probably going to pick up some lexol or something to try on my own faux leather car seat (because my same friend got jean dye on them LOL), or maybe next week when i'm at her house i'll use her lexol and see if it works. but just an update ^^

galablue10 meses atrás#69981128i don't have the name of it off hand, but my friend uses a certain product for the leather in her car for jean dye transfer. she even told me that it would work in my car which has faux leather. i'll make a note to ask her on thursday when i see her what the product is called and i'll let you know.

Thank you!! I was seeing a lot of different brands for that but it’s all so new that I’m hesitant to bite the bullet haha
