    Edit: Tracking works! For everyone who is in this group who has a tracking number, please either use a global tracking website like Package Mapping or use your country original tracking service to see where your package is. If information is missing, I would assume you'd have to wait a week or so for the tracking to show up. This is confirmed since I have used Canada Post tracking service and the package is shown as delivering in my country as of right now. Waited 2-weeks for information to show up using SAL.

    Nope, mine doesn't work for any tracking service. Used Package Mapping, Phillipine post, and my country's post office.

    Anyway, I actually sent a complaint to GSC about this, because Hubbyte being a partner and endorsed by one of the most valued stores is a big mark on them. I don't care what the excuse is anymore, this is beyond unacceptable and even more unacceptable that they blatantly ignore the customers who already paid, whilst taking on more work when they can't even handle what they have already. I did realize a little earlier that they were at the event, and it is no lie they only have 4 workers and they're shut on weekends completely. I just don't like being ignored for 2 weeks, and it's sad that like amy said below I would never receive an update of any sort if it weren't for MFC.

    I recently made a purchase from the Philippines, it was actually Angemon so to answer the question about post offices in the Philippines - if a one off seller can get one figure sent off and delivered to me in 1 week then Hubbyte has no excuse. I admit, 70 of those boxes is a little much to transit at once, I'm not sure how many could fit into a van but SURELY they can get at least 20 of them in there. They're behind, they can't handle their business with 4 people and one delivery vehicle without a trailer. These are meant to be professionals, you know? It's taken them 6 - 7 weeks to just "process" them alone, which I call bs on because what needs to be processed?

    I just really don't know what to think anymore. I wish they'd come through, I hate losing faith in something I want to turn out good. The wait is really horrible, along with the delayed vague responses, I can forgive that to an extent even though it's frustrating. But the fact is... It IS frustrating, they don't have to be fraudulent for this to be a major problem and justified issue for us to take action against. It's the fact that by now the figure should be secured by us, and for every day that passes the price of the figure not only increases, but the service we paid for is totally going down the drain too. It's not like this is a cheaper $50 or under order? They should be respecting the amount of money people have put into this.

    It is justified. They delayed it for how many weeks without a real update. They sent me a PM through MFC, but I didn't receive a formal apology email. That being said, if I wasn't on MFC, I would never have received an update regarding their business!

    I actually haven't received an email from them, this was a facebook response. In case anyone is wondering, here's the snippet:


    Me: I sent emails but haven't received replies. Can you please update all customers about their Angewomon orders? People either didn't receive Tracking Number or received tracking numbers but they're not working.
    Hubbyte: Hello Amy, The core members, as posted in the activities in our FB page, just returned from 2 consecutive weeks of local toycon activities. Re: emails, please understand that not all customers' items are shipped at the same time, but per batch. Re: tracking, the members specify that the tracking can only be updated once the items arrive country's port/destination (since most of the shipment options are not via EMS )
    Me: Thank you for your reply. Then can you please tell me which Batch is my order under?
    Hubbyte: Currently, we're just incharged with photo updates, and prices here, and have no access to customer accounts.
    Rest assured that as far as I can remember, it will take until next week, all of the shipments.
    Don't worry though, the core team are really working very hard, they are just undermanned.
    Me: Thank you very much. I was worried as I did not receive my tracking number. Please do update all of us on MFC if possible, many people are worried just as I am.
    Hubbyte: Don't worry though. Our team communicates via email And not via MFC since your name and email is not reflected. It would be hard for the team to send each and every mfc member updates whereas around 70+ ordered the item.

    I envy those that actually have received a response. After sending numerous inquires and no response (STILL), I'm basically done with them. Has anyone else besides amy616 and shinhawk received an email about their product being shipped "this week"?

    I would say I'm a pretty patient person but the lack of communication and professionalism from this company has really put me on the edge. For a company that is a partner with GSC and vetted out by someone that works at GSC (correct me if I'm wrong), this company is officially on my avoid list. I would rather pay more money to avoid this headache and this company.

    "Sorry for your experience, this is the first time Hubbyte team served a lot of customers from abroad. If I can remember right, the whole UK/USA lost their mind when your orders got cancelled over an exclusive item, our team helped, now that we just have delays it's as if we stole your money."
    This part of their FB response really bothers me. If you have delays, let us know. People know things happen, but to not put any sort of communication out and then play the victim is pitiful.

    To quote their email back on May 10th:
    "Take note that we ship by batches, if you still haven't received tracking/way bills via email, rest assured that when your item is shipped within this month"
    They were the one ones that basically PROMISED they would ship out last month. If they were only going to ship international orders once a week, they should have put that out in advance. Not when tons of people are flooding their inbox and their reputation is on the rocks.

    I'm sorry if this sounds snippy, but this is customer service at one of its worst.

    Same goes for me. I wanted to give my pre-order someone else anyway. I'm sorry for her but I just can't take it anymore. But hey, she can get her somewhere else for less money.

    If I start a battle other people who still want the figure may be affected, so if you are against me taking action please talk to me.


    I really don't want the figure anymore either. It turned something that I was excited for into stress and anger. The whole digimon line just turned into a huge 'no, won't collect' for me.
