Why doth I be engaging in maniacal laughter? Because after years I finally tracked down one of these little Clannad music boxes. And I wasn't even looking for it! It was on a Yahoo Japan Auction sale, bundled with ITEM #19448 - if you didn't click on the auction, you'd never know the music box was part of the sale. Total cost for both was ¥2,500! Insane! Just like me!

*Disclaimer: having now used up any and all of my anime-related luck for at least the rest of the decade, I will probably spend the next few years under my bed in terror at how unlucky any future purchases of anything will likely be. I'm sure I will pay and pay and pay again for this. (still worth it)
